Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In the original packaging
  • With original labels and tags attached

BARUET reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Period

The applicable return period for each order will be clearly displayed during checkout before the purchase is completed.

Refunds & Exchanges

Customers may request either:

  • A replacement product (exchange)
  • A refund to the original payment method

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund or exchange request.

Return Shipping Costs

If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping, BARUET will cover the return shipping costs.

In cases of customer remorse, change of mind, or preference-related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or banking institution.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Products returned damaged due to misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging or labels
  • Items showing signs of excessive use or modification
